It's a single, shared "button" -- really a promotional link -- that one owner at a time buys. Whoever owns it gets a guaranteed number of clicks sent to their own link, paid for up front. When that owner's guaranteed clicks are delivered (or someone buys them out early), the button goes back up for sale and the next buyer becomes the new owner. See the homepage for the button itself and History for every owner who's had it so far.
How does the "guaranteed clicks" promise work?
Clicks cost $0.05 each, so the number of clicks you're guaranteed is simply the price you paid divided by $0.05. Pay $1 and you're guaranteed 20 clicks; pay $25 and you're guaranteed 500. Every valid click (see "How are clicks counted?" below) counts toward that total until it's fully delivered.
What do I actually get for my money -- is this a real ad?
You get your chosen number of clicks delivered to a link you pick, from visitors who land on the homepage and click through. It's not a share, an investment, or a stake in anything -- it's a fixed amount of traffic to your link, paid for once. Nobody's payout ever depends on recruiting a future buyer.
Why does the price go right back to what I paid instead of dropping for the next buyer?
By design. When a cycle finishes normally, the next cycle starts at the exact same price the last owner paid -- no automatic discount just because a cycle completed. The price only ever drops if the button then sits unsold for a while (see the next question).
Does the price ever go down?
Yes, but only if nobody buys the next cycle. While it sits unsold, visitors still get sent to the previous owner's link for free as "bonus clicks" (see below), and every 50 of those bonus clicks that land, the waiting price is cut in half. That can repeat for as long as it keeps sitting unsold.
What's the cheapest the button can ever get?
Whatever the halving above never goes below, which right now is $1.00. Once a cycle's price has dropped to $1.00, it stays at $1.00 -- it never sells for less, however long it waits.
Can I run more than one button, or buy extra slots?
No -- there's only ever one button cycle live at a time, and it only ever has one owner. If you want more guaranteed clicks, you buy a bigger cycle (i.e. pay more); there's no way to own two cycles side by side.
Can I see what the button looks like and how it's doing right now without buying anything?
Yes -- the homepage always shows the current owner's button, live, including a progress bar of clicks delivered so far toward the guarantee. You don't need to log in or pay anything to look.
Buying the Button
How do I buy the button?
When it's listed "for sale" on the homepage, there's a buy form asking for a name for your button, the destination link you want clicks sent to, and your email. Submitting it takes you to a NowPayments-hosted invoice to pay in crypto -- the button activates automatically once that payment confirms.
What cryptocurrencies can I pay with?
Buying, buying out, and depositing all go through NowPayments, which accepts BTC, ETH, LTC, TRX, and USDT (TRC-20). Withdrawing money back out is more restricted -- see "Why can't I withdraw in Bitcoin or Ethereum?" below.
Do I need an account or a password to buy the button?
No signup or password is needed to make the purchase itself -- just an email address on the buy form. That email automatically becomes your account (see "Do I need a separate account..." under the Affiliate Program section below) the moment the payment confirms, so you can log back in afterward with that same email to manage it.
I paid but the button isn't showing as active yet -- what's happening?
Your payment has to fully confirm on the blockchain first, which the confirmation page says is usually a matter of minutes but can occasionally take longer. The button activates automatically the moment that confirmation comes through -- there's nothing further for you to do, and no need to keep refreshing.
I started paying but changed my mind, or the invoice expired -- was I charged?
If you cancel out of the NowPayments invoice page without completing payment, nothing is charged and nothing happens on the site. If you're ever unsure whether a specific payment actually went through, that's worth confirming directly rather than guessing. Contact us at Reply2Frank.com and let us know how much in what currency you paid on what date.
Can I update my button's name or link after I've bought it?
Yes, as long as your cycle is still active (not yet finished or bought out) -- log in on Manage Your Button with the email you bought it with and you can change both the name and the destination link at any time.
Is the destination link I submit checked or moderated in any way?
The site checks that it's a syntactically valid URL, but there's no content moderation or review of what's actually on the other end. You are not allowed to link to illegal products or services, or to adult (18+) content.
Getting Bought Out
What does "buying someone out" mean?
Anyone can pay to take over the button from its current owner before that owner's guaranteed clicks are fully delivered. The current owner's cycle ends immediately, they're refunded in full (see below), and the person who paid becomes the new owner with a brand-new full guarantee of clicks on their own link.
How is the buyout price worked out?
It's 120% of whatever the current owner originally paid for their cycle. If they paid $10, buying them out costs $12.00.
If I get bought out, do I lose money?
No -- you get a 100% refund of exactly what you paid, credited straight to your account balance. You don't get to keep any of the remaining clicks you hadn't received yet, but you're made financially whole, not left out of pocket.
How is my buyout refund paid to me -- do I get it in crypto?
No, it's credited to your account balance (the same balance affiliate earnings and deposits land in), not sent as a new crypto payment. From there you can spend it toward buying or buying out the button yourself, or request a withdrawal -- see the Account & Balance section below.
Why would someone pay more to buy me out instead of just waiting for my cycle to finish and buying the next one?
Mainly speed -- buying out gets you ownership (and your own click guarantee running) right away, instead of waiting out however many clicks are left on someone else's cycle. It costs a premium (120% instead of 100%) for that head start.
Can I buy out my own button?
Nothing in the system stops you, but there's no reason to -- you'd pay 120% of your own price and get back 100% of it, ending up worse off with a fresh cycle and zero clicks delivered yet. It's just money wasted, not something that gains you anything.
How Clicks Are Counted
How are clicks counted, and what stops someone from faking them?
A click only counts if it comes with a single-use ticket that the homepage itself hands out when it renders the button -- a bare link pasted somewhere with no ticket does nothing at all. On top of that, only one countable click per visitor (by IP address) per button is allowed within a 24-hour window; anything more from the same visitor in that window still works as a normal click-through but doesn't count toward the guarantee or pay anyone.
Can I click my own button over and over to pad my click count?
No -- the same-visitor dedupe window described above means repeat clicks from you don't count past the first one within that window, whether it's your own button or anyone else's.
What happens to clicks that arrive after my guaranteed amount is already fully delivered?
They're still logged, but they don't count toward anything and nobody gets paid for them, since by definition there's nothing left to guarantee at that point.
What's a "bonus click," and will it show up anywhere?
If nobody has bought the next cycle yet, visitors are still sent to the most recently finished owner's link for free rather than the click being wasted -- that's a bonus click. It still shows up in that cycle's delivered-click count on History, so a cycle can show more delivered than it originally guaranteed (e.g. "27 / 20") without that being an error.
Do affiliates still get paid for bonus clicks?
Yes -- bonus clicks pay out to affiliates exactly the same as any other valid click, even though no purchase is funding them at that moment.
The Affiliate Program
What is the affiliate program?
Anyone can sign up (just an email) on the Affiliate Program / Account page, get a personal referral link, and share it. Every valid click sent through that link earns a fixed payout, whether or not the person who clicked buys anything.
How much do affiliates earn per click?
$0.01 for every click that counts under the rules above (one per visitor per button per 24 hours, delivered via a valid ticket).
Do I need a separate account to buy the button versus being an affiliate?
No -- as of the current design, there's just one account per email, covering everything: buying or owning the button, affiliate click earnings, buyout refunds, and deposits. However you first show up (buying, signing up as an affiliate, or depositing), that same email keeps using the same account and the same balance from then on.
Can I earn affiliate money by sending clicks to a button I own myself?
No -- the system specifically doesn't pay you for clicks sent to a button you currently own (or, for a bonus click, most recently owned). The click still delivers and still counts toward the guarantee; only your own $0.01 payout on it is suppressed.
Can someone drain my affiliate balance just by seeing my referral link?
No. Your referral code is public and meant to be shared -- it only identifies which clicks to credit to you, it can't be used to log in, view your stats, request a withdrawal, or spend your balance. All of that requires logging in with your account's email instead (see the next section).
Are there banner ads I can use to promote my referral link?
Yes -- the Affiliate Program / Account page has ready-made banner images and embed code in a few common sizes once you're logged in.
Account, Login & Balance
How do I log in to manage my button or affiliate account?
There's no password -- enter your email on the relevant page (Manage Your Button or Affiliate Program / Account) and you're emailed a one-time 6-digit code to enter. That logs you in for a limited session without ever needing to remember a password.
How long is the login code valid, and what if I mistype it?
The code is valid for 15 minutes. You get 5 attempts to enter it correctly before it's locked and you need to request a fresh one.
Can I request another login code right away if I didn't get the email?
There's a short cooldown of 60 seconds between code requests to the same email, mainly to stop the email system being hammered -- after that you can ask for a new one.
Where does the money in my account balance come from?
Four places all feed the same balance: affiliate click earnings, a buyout refund (if you were bought out), a "lost the race" refund (see below), and anything you've deposited directly.
Can I spend my balance instead of paying in crypto?
Yes -- once logged in on your account page, you can use your available balance to pay for buying the button or buying someone out, instead of going through a crypto payment. It's all-or-nothing, though: your balance has to cover the whole price in one go, you can't pay part balance and part crypto on the same purchase.
My balance doesn't quite cover what I want to buy -- what can I do?
Top up the difference with a deposit on Deposit Funds (minimum $1.00, paid via NowPayments same as a purchase), then come back and spend the combined balance. There's no way to mix a partial balance payment with a partial crypto payment within a single purchase.
What happens if two people pay for the same cycle, or to buy out the same owner, at almost the same time?
Only one payment can actually win -- it's enforced so this never ends in a tie. The person whose payment doesn't win still gets a full refund of what they paid, credited straight to their account balance under the email they paid with, rather than that money just disappearing.
Withdrawals & Deposits
How do I withdraw my balance?
Log in on your account page and submit a withdrawal request with a payout address. You can only have one withdrawal request pending at a time.
What's the minimum withdrawal?
$5.00 available in your account.
What currencies can I withdraw in?
LTC or TRX only, whichever you choose at the time you request the withdrawal.
Why can't I withdraw in Bitcoin, Ethereum, or USDT, if I can pay in those?
That's a deliberate choice, not a technical limitation -- paying in is open to the full NowPayments coin list, but money going back out is intentionally kept to just two lower-fee options (LTC/TRX) to keep payouts simple and predictable.
How long does a withdrawal take to actually arrive once I request it?
A withdrawal request has to be reviewed and marked paid on the admin side before the crypto is actually sent -- this is usually done in 1-2 business days.
What's the minimum deposit, and is there a maximum?
The minimum is $1.00. The deposit form itself blocks anything over $100,000 as a sanity check, though in practice NowPayments' or the chosen coin's own network minimums/maximums on the next page could matter more than either of those numbers.
Languages & the Site
What languages is the site available in?
English, Arabic, Mandarin Chinese, French, German, Hindi, Italian, Japanese, Nigerian Pidgin, Portuguese, Punjabi, Russian, Spanish, Tagalog, Urdu, and Zulu -- pick one from the globe icon in the top right of any page.
How does the site decide which language to show me?
On your first visit it goes by your browser's own language setting; after that, if you ever pick a language manually from the globe menu, it remembers that choice for you (via a cookie) and uses it on every later visit, overriding your browser setting.
Is the admin area also available in multiple languages?
No -- the admin area is intentionally English-only; only the pages regular visitors, buyers, owners, and affiliates use are translated.
